On your cart, under the order special instructions section, You can specify the type of jacket that you want, or you can ask us to add a jacket from our shop which isn't available online, and we will try our best to give you what you need but we cannot guarantee that we will send that specific item. After ordering, please also WhatsApp us on 073 112 8708 with the special instructions and pictures of what you would like so that it is easy for us to give you exactly what you need (Please WhatsApp us using the number on your order so that we can match the chat to your order).

Please do not request for items that are already available on our store. The bargain basket is for items which you cannot find online.

Some of our best jackets are low in stock so we don't advertise them online. However, you can get them here on the bargain basket. You cannot choose which jacket - we choose for you - but we will make sure that it is of the best quality.

Due to the discounted sale price, there are no returns or refunds on bargain basket items.

NB : Although we try our best, our judgement may not always be accurate. Therefore, size exchanges are allowed but all courier fees involved plus a 10% admin fee will have to be charged to the customer to cover the cost of the exchange.
